TWENTY YEARS OF TWINSHOCK TRIALS 1965 – 1985 VOLUME THREE
New from Yoomee Limited is the latest book in the series “Twenty Years of Twinshock Trials”, volume three. Once again the golden era of trials from 1965 – 1985 is captured, with a comprehensive collection of period black and white pictures. With over 200 images in the book you can relive the days when trials witnessed the decline of the once mighty British motorcycle industry, with such names as Ariel, BSA, Greeves, DOT and Triumph, to face the onslaught of the mighty Spanish Armada with Bultaco, Ossa and Montesa. The Japanese then appeared on the scene with Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki before we finally look at the influx of European manufactured machines from the likes of Fantic, SWM and Italjet etc. All the pictures are captioned to help you reminisce over such famous riders’ names as Andrews, Miller, Rathmell, the Lampkins, etc. Once again many of the pictures have never been seen in print before! This superb soft back book is a mine of information and a must for trials fans of any age.
